On our side, our process takes a minimum of 3 months if you respond quickly between each step, but in reality it usually takes 4 to 6 months. Whether it's an addition, a basement excavation, a floor addition or even a new home, our team is constantly working with different professionals depending on the needs of the project at hand. Some clients come in with their contacts and we are always happy to collaborate with new people, others ask for references from previous clients and we are happy to provide them to facilitate the process.
In full! You decide how much support you want and how far we go to take care of the smallest details of your project. We offer an hourly service in addition to the usual package when some customers want additional meetings with them, suggestions for the exterior aesthetics of their facade, a proposal for their backyard, help with the final installation of their interior, etc.
From the very first discussions, we will establish the stakes of your project and the aesthetic direction you wish to take. Consequently, a project manager will be assigned to your mandate based on his or her qualities to respond to your project as efficiently as possible. Yes, once you've assigned a project manager, this person will become your daily contact for all the specific questions related to your project. Gatline, the owner, also supervises all of the office's projects until the very end of the mandate. In addition, in some projects, a team member specialized in technical drawing could be added to the exchanges and discussions as needed to help the project manager produce your construction plans.
Although we do not offer any in-house construction services and we do not subcontract any services, we do work with many professionals on a daily basis and we are always pleased to offer these references to our new clients. We always try to refer you to contacts that meet the requirements of your project, but you remain free to choose the different teams you wish to work with for your project!
Of course, we go where you are! If travel is required, it will simply be billed as an additional fee to the usual package offered for a similar project in the greater Montreal area.
No, we focus on major renovation projects and do not offer furnishing and/or decorating services outside of a complete renovation project.

Some clients (often in the construction field), hire us only for these plans which already offer ultra-optimized layout ideas for their project. Others change their minds and hire us for the rest as well... what can we say, we are charming! Haha! ;)
